Held in His Hand

“My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. I give them eternal life, and they will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of My hand. My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all, and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father's hand.” (John 10:27-29)

The Father God Himself holds us in His hands and He is greater than all. That right there is what my heart needed to be reminded of this week. Come what may, I am held in the Father’s hands and no one can snatch me out of His hands. He does not let me go when things get hard and He is not afraid when the enemy attacks, for He is greater than all. I realized, as I read this chapter again, how much we forget who our God is, who we are and that we can trust Him with our lives each and every day. He has not changed and our circumstances are not too hard for Him. Let this be a reminder for you this week as well, that you are held in the hands of the God of heaven and earth and He is greater than all.
